Basic Life Support Provider is specifically designed for healthcare professionals and students in health care programs. 

Options for training include:

• Full certification: $99.99 + GST
• Recertification: $79.99 +GST (choose this option if you have a current/not expired BLS certification)

This is a blended learning class means that you will complete an online component independently online before your 2 hour in-person training.

Once you register we will send you access to the online component which you will need to complete before attending your in-person training. Plan to spend 2-3 hours completing the online learning modules and exam. 

BLENDED LEARNING ONLINE: this is a blended learning class, the online component MUST be complete before your in-person training session

In this course, you will learn the fundamental skills of high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for victims of all ages. You will practice delivering these skills as a single rescuer and as a member of a multi-rescuer team.

The skills you learn in BLS will enable you to:
- Recognize a cardiac arrest
- Activate the emergency response system early
- Respond quickly and confidently
- Perform high-quality single-rescuer CPR and multi-rescuer team CPR

This course will ensure people in cardiac arrest have the best chance of survival.

• 100% attendance and participation is required
• Successful completion of practical evaluations in class
• Written evaluation (completed online before class)

• VALID BLS certification card from an approved agency (within 1 year) must be shown.
