First Aid Lunch & Learn
We will provide your employees with a quick first aid refresher either virtually or in person. We are happy to cater the content to your preferred topics, or deliver our general lunch & learn program, which includes:
- compression only CPR,
- circulation emergencies (heart attack, stroke, etc.),
- breathing emergencies, and
- minor wound care.
We can also provide digital participation certificates if desired.

AED Orientation for Businesses
We will train your group on how to operate the specific model of AED available at your worksite. Perfect for companies who have recently purchased an AED, or for annual re-training. Your staff will receive training on your specific AED, including the delivery of compression only CPR. A great addition to any staff meeting, or to enhance your annual safety training.
Length: 30 min – 1 hour
CardiacCrash!
This Heart & Stroke Foundation program is a dynamic, interactive, hands-on program which leads up to 40 participants through a true-to-life cardiac arrest simulation. The gamified approach promotes engagement and team building. Participants will learn how to manage a real-life cardiac arrest, through practice and pop quizzes. Teams will compete to earn points, with a winning group being announced at the end of the session.
